Pricing FAQ

How much does pin360 cost?

pin360 has a free plan. Annual subscriptions are charged in full: Starter £348/year (£29/month equivalent), Pro £564/year, Business £1,908/year and Enterprise £11,988/year. Starter, Pro and Business also have monthly options at £35, £59 and £199. Prices exclude VAT. GBP is the base price; EUR and USD displays are approximate, and Stripe shows the final local price and tax before payment.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No. Every price is shown excluding VAT, which is how business software is normally quoted and lets VAT-registered firms compare the real cost. UK customers pay 20% VAT on top, so Starter monthly is £35 + VAT = £42, and Stripe shows the exact VAT line before you pay. VAT-registered businesses in the EU can enter a VAT number at checkout and are reverse-charged, so no VAT is added.

How does the Free plan work?

Free keeps one Active Project. In any rolling 30 days you can start one real project and add three plans plus 20 photos or findings. Each unit returns exactly 30 days after use; deletion does not reset it. Existing work, share links, edits, corrections and exports stay accessible when the creation balance is zero.

How is pin360 different from OpenSpace or Matterport on price?

OpenSpace publishes a $10,000/year minimum for smaller firms. Matterport charges per-space fees and reactivation charges. pin360 has no per-space fees, no reactivation charges, and archive is free forever. Paid plans start at £348/year (charged annually).

What’s the difference between Pro, Business and Enterprise?

Pro includes 250 GB storage and up to 5 editors. Business includes 1 TB and up to 15 editors. Enterprise includes 10 TB, unlimited editors and SSO, API and SLA options. Viewers on share links stay unlimited and free on every tier.

How do 3D scans and storage work?

3D captures, gaussian splats, panoramas, and PDFs are counted purely by source-media storage. Multi-file LCC and LCC2 scenes are measured using their combined stored size. There are no active scan caps.

What happens when I archive a project?

Archived projects keep your data safely stored. Archived PDFs, scans and photos continue to count towards your total storage allowance. Archive is free, forever.

Can Enterprise capacity be expanded?

Yes. Enterprise customers can agree annual subscription additions of 1 TB of storage for £99/month equivalent. There are no automatic overage charges.

We're rolling pin360 out across multiple sites — how is that priced?

Multi-site deployments are quoted per facility under an annual Enterprise agreement, with volume pricing that typically comes in below the listed per-plan rates. Enterprise agreements also cover SSO, SLA, DPA and invoice billing. Contact sales for a quote.

Do clients need paid accounts to view pin360 projects?

No. You can share a pin360 project by link. Clients and collaborators can open the record in a browser without buying a licence. Editing and pinning still require a seat on your plan.

What happens if I reach a limit?

Existing work stays viewable, editable, shareable and exportable. For a rolling Free creation allowance, wait until the exact next-availability date or upgrade; deletion does not return a Start early. For storage, deleting source media releases capacity after deletion completes.
