Real PDF plan upload
Use the drawings you already issue. Upload a PDF, choose the sheet/page, and keep every photo or finding tied to that exact plan position.
pin360 is a site inspection app for contractors, structural engineers, building surveyors, and inspectors. Upload a PDF floor plan, pin 360° photos, site photos, notes, and defects to exact locations, then share one client-ready link.
Stop the photo archaeology. No new drawing format. No specialist hardware. Free to start.
Built for professionals who need site photos tied to drawings
Built by a structural engineering technician manager
Kyle built pin360 after years of matching site photos to PDFs, markups, and notes by hand.
14,000+
engineering firms in the UK still match photos to drawings by hand
I'm Kyle — a structural engineering technician manager in the UK. Every week I'd come back from site inspections with hundreds of photos buried in folders labelled things like “Site Visit 14 — Feb.”
Matching photos to locations meant cross-referencing drawings, scribbled notes, and hoping someone remembered which beam was which. Half the time we'd end up going back to site because a photo was missing context.
Matterport, OpenSpace, and the big scanning platforms wanted £10k+ per projectand specialist hardware. That's fine for big developers — but most engineering firms don't have that budget.
So I built pin360: upload the PDF floor plan you already have, pin 360° photos from a consumer camera, share a link. That's it. No scanning rigs. No training. Five minutes from site photos to shared report.

pin360 is built by a working UK structural engineering technician manager who deals with site photos, drawings, markups, and client records in the real world — not by a generic construction SaaS team guessing from the outside.
Evidence command centre
pin360 turns a loose folder of site photos into construction photo management software: every photo, 360° view, note, and defect is pinned to a PDF floor plan location.
Stop asking ‘which wall was this?’ two weeks after the visit. Each image sits on the exact plan marker it belongs to.
Review the 360° view, close-up photos, and finding notes before the next maintenance decision depends on them.
Questions stay beside the marker, not buried in email. Reply with evidence, then close the thread with the record intact.
Send one link with the plan, pins, photos, findings, and review context so stakeholders can follow the site record.
Site record flow
Plan → Pin → Review → Resolve → Share
Turn PDF drawings and field photos into a location-aware evidence chain without changing how your team captures site information.
Start with the PDF drawing, site map, or building layout your team already uses. No new drawing format required.
Drop 360° panorama, standard photo, and finding pins at the exact place the evidence belongs on the plan.
Clients, consultants, and facilities teams discuss the marker itself instead of chasing context through email threads.
Reply with supporting evidence, mark the discussion resolved, and keep the decision trail beside the finding.
Send a read-only link stakeholders can follow without reconstructing the site visit from loose files.
See it in action
See how a floor-plan marker opens the 360° context, finding notes, and close-up evidence for the exact place under review.
Open the PDF drawing, choose the location marker, and jump straight into the evidence captured there.
Drop findings in the panorama, add severity, and keep close-up photos tied to the same plan location.
Use thumbnails and marker context to move from the plan to the defect without hunting through folders.
Evidence kit
pin360 is no longer just a place to store 360° photos. It is site inspection photo software for PDF drawings, standard photos, panoramas, finding pins, client questions, and resolved review threads.

Timeline
A clean handover from plan location to resolved evidence.
Use the drawings you already issue. Upload a PDF, choose the sheet/page, and keep every photo or finding tied to that exact plan position.
Drop the genuine blue sphere marker where you stood, attach an equirectangular 360° image, and let reviewers step back into the space.
Not every record needs a 360. Add normal phone photos, detail shots, and close-ups alongside panoramas on the same drawing.
Log critical, high, medium, and low observations directly on the plan so defects stay tied to their exact location and evidence.
Clients and engineers can ask questions on a marker, reply with evidence, then resolve the thread without losing the audit trail.
Send a clean client link with your organisation name, colours, and logo instead of a loose folder of drawings and photos.
Show the commercial impact of missing one key photo: day rates, travel, delay, and rework in one simple page.
A practical pre-site resource for engineers and surveyors so the next visit captures the evidence the review will need.
Enterprise scanning platforms charge tens of thousands. Spreadsheets are free but painful. pin360 is the middle ground that actually works.

No. pin360 works with normal phone photos too — just pin them to your floor plan like any other image. 360° cameras (Insta360, Ricoh Theta, GoPro Max) give you the full-room view, but a phone photo of a crack or a defect works just as well. Most teams use both.
PDF annotations are static — you can circle a spot and attach a photo reference, but you can't step inside the space. pin360 lets you click a pin on the floor plan and open the actual photo (or 360° panorama) taken from that exact location. And when you share a link, your client or team can navigate the whole site without any software installed.
pin360 isn't a replacement for point cloud scanning — it's for the 90% of site visits that don't justify specialist hardware. Most firms use both: Matterport for landmark projects, pin360 for everyday condition surveys and inspections.
Static PDF annotations can't embed a 360° viewer. And they break when photos are updated. pin360 keeps your panoramas live and navigable — click a pin, step inside the space.
If they can use Google Maps, they can use pin360. Upload a drawing, drop a pin, attach a photo. Most teams are documenting their first project within 5 minutes.
Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controlled per project. Share links are read-only and can be revoked at any time. We don't sell or share your data.
